I have an HP Pavilion 9823cl and the card has no built-in Bluetooth or wireless broadband. I have two exchange with a mini PCI Express card with 802.11b/g/Draft, Bluetooth and HSDPA. No, like a business card? Will my laptop? If this is a difficult task?

AFAIK, there is NO mini PCI-E card that supports all the features. It's best to have pointed out, 802.11n. Most Bluetooth adapter and a SIM card in the laptops are connected to the motherboard via leased lines PCI NO. There's nothing like a mini-PCI-E for these devices.
